Black Tap introduces plant-based “Impossible Burger”
Black Tap is adding the vegan Impossible Burger to the menu alongside its signature craft burgers and shakes.
The Impossible All-American Burger features a plant-based Impossible patty, which imitates the textural and flavor profiles of beef, as well as American cheese and Black Tap special sauce.
The new burger can be made both vegetarian and vegan – with the use of special vegan mayo and a vegan bun. The meatless patties are a product of Impossible Foods, and typically made from water, soy and potato proteins to give it a meaty bite, coconut and sunflower oils and heme.
