Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah located on the east crescent of the renowned Palm Jumeirah, has launched an exclusive dining experience for two in the heart of Social’s kitchen.

Recently relaunched, the dining destination features a modern, and yet playful new menu, sharing a quirky take on authentic peninsular Italian cuisine, where hearty favourites are combined with innovative flavour pairings that have been inspired by Chef de Cuisine, Carmine Faravolo’s work around the world.

Guests can indulge in a seven-course set menu, which highlights the best of seasonal offerings capturing the essence of Italy. With an exclusive look behind the scenes, diners are invited to sit with the chef to witness the magic happening as each course is meticulously prepared for the cena con lo Chef.  The menu features Chef Carmine’s signature Lobster Carpaccio with pear mojito and osietra caviar and bespoke dishes curated with the best of seasonably available ingredients offering a unique experience for each gourmand.

Guests will be gifted a personalized chef’s hat and picture of the evening to cherish the moment.

Of the experience Chef Carmine shares, “I look forward to welcoming guests into the kitchen to enjoy the most intimate of dining experiences, where I can share my love for Italian cuisine as my grandmother did with me.”

Perfect for gourmands, celebrations or those seeking the ultimate Italian dining experience, guests can discover the immersive private dining experience for AED 750 per guest, or AED 1,500 per guest inclusive of wine pairing and welcome glass of champagne.
