Casual refined Italian eatery GIA introduces a quintessential Iftar menu with a focus on your most loved Italian flavors paired with art and style.  In the true spirit of Ramadan, the set menu concept is a great opportunity for families and friends to come together and create memorable moments while the food is brought to the table.  Hand crafted recipes and flavors that have been curated by the chef, his inspiration was found in traditional homemade dishes, creating a sumptuous culinary journey of the Italian cuisine.

GIA offers guests an elaborate Iftar set menu served directly to the table for family-style sharing experience. Starting with a selection of a traditional variety of soups blended with a wholesome mix of spring vegetables induced with chef’s spices for added flavor. The starters platter are the real crowd-pleasers offering something for every palette including the chef’s special Burrata e Pomodorini, a classic take on a signature burrata sprinkled with basil, pesto and taggiasche olives oozing the tangy and savory flavors within each dish. Main dishes include a flavourful Spaghetti Con Poplette, Salmon al Pistachio e Spinaci and the Tagliatelle Ragu di Pollo, offering a truly indulgent experience with each course.

Ending off the experience with flavorsome sweets to an immersive experience, the menu includes a delicious date cheesecake pouring unique layers of crispy filo, cheesecake cream and date sauce. For those looking to indulge can also opt for the Cannoli di Ricotta, originated from the shores of Sicily brings a unique twist to a lemon sorbet simmered in dark chocolate sauce and pistachio cream amalgamating the various flavors with each bite.
