SUSHISAMBA Celebrates National Pisco Sour Day with An Exclusive Cocktail Menu

In celebration of National Pisco Sour Day on February 3rd, SUSHISAMBA has carefully curated an exclusive bar menu to celebrate Peru’s rich cultural heritage in every sip. Created by SUSHISAMBA’s Bar Manager, Iris Arely Ruano – to mark the occasion, there will be five exquisite Pisco Sour cocktails available, each crafted to perfection.

Experience a journey of bold flavours, with an array of specially crafted Pisco Sour cocktails, each with its own unique twist. The tantalising El Paraíso awaits, a fusion of Pisco enriched with Aperol, thyme, pineapple, peach, and a splash of lemon. Dive into the iconic Machu Picchu, a symphony of Pisco, apricot, almond liqueur, mango, and lime. For a refreshing treat, savour the Peru Blanco, a delightful blend of Pisco, Chardonnay, strawberry, watermelon, and lemon. Enjoy a Walk In Wakama, a sweet and sour libation made with Pisco, lychee liqueur, raspberry and yuzu. And be sure not to miss the invigorating Lima Sour, featuring Pisco, Japanese melon liqueur, lemongrass, ginger, and a harmonious blend of sweet and sour notes. These special Pisco Sour cocktails will be available from the 2nd to the 4th of February for 70AED each.
