Bel Middle East, a prominent name in the dairy industry in the GCC, proudly announces the appointment of Chef Heyam, affectionately known as Chef Himi, as their new Executive Chef. With her extensive culinary experience, Chef Heyam brings her exceptional skills to further solidify Bel Groupe’s position as an industry leader in the region.

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and as Executive Chef at Bel Middle East, Chef Heyam, will serve as a culinary ambassador for the brand, representing the company at various prestigious events and exhibitions throughout the Middle East. Her role at Bel extends beyond the realms of the kitchen, and will involve her creating a wide range of recipes using Bel Groupe products, showcasing their quality and versatility. Chef Heyam’s approach seamlessly blends tradition and innovation, inspiring and uniting communities and palates alike. 

In addition to her role in promoting Bel Groupe products, Chef Heyam is committed to sharing her culinary expertise. She actively engages in training aspiring chefs across the Middle East region, empowering them to create exceptional dishes with Bel products.

Chef Heyam’s culinary journey began in the south of France, where she honed her skills and refined her palate through a deep immersion in the region’s culinary traditions. She later relocated to the United States, introducing an innovative concept: specialized cooking classes tailored for mothers with infants. Continuing her remarkable journey, Chef Heyam realized her dream of owning an award-winning restaurant, Madam Levant, in Toronto. Her culinary talents earned her accolades from renowned food editors, and Madam Levant became renowned for serving the finest chicken soup in all of Canada.
