Applicants are required to register at aswaq.mec.gov.qa The winning numbers of the Al Furjan Markets draw will be selected at random by an electronic system during a live public event in the presence of a representative from the Consumer Protection Department, as well as the media. The results of the draw will also be published on the Ministry of Economy and Commerce website.
The Al Furjan Markets project will consist of 44 markets comprising a total of 645 shops offering 28 commercial activities including supermarkets, hypermarkets, specialist food outlets and delicatessens, hairdressers and barber shops, laundry and plumbing facilities, shoes and clothing stores, toy stores, cafes, florists, chocolatiers, electronic and printing stores, and post offices.
