DP to host National Day sales event to meet increasing customer demand

In response to growing customer demand across its portfolio, Dubai Properties (DP) has announced plans to host a sales event with exclusive offers and payment plans for a number of additional units across some of its projects for a limited period.

Taking place around National Day celebrations, an event will be hosted at the developer’s dedicated sales center in Ras Al Khor on November 30th from 8am to 5pm.

Customers attending the event will be given special discounted prices and attractive payment plans only available for a limited period across some of DP’s most popular projects with family villas in its popular Mudon community and ready-to-live affordable apartments in Remraam to its mixed-use Dubai Wharf development at Dubai Creek.

Commenting on the event, Mohammed Al Habbai, Chief Officer for Urban Planning and Infrastructure at Dubai Properties Group, said: “National Day is a celebration of the nation’s history, but also a call for its continued development. This is an ideal opportunity for DP to showcase the variety of projects we offer to serve the growing needs Dubai. We will continue to provide strong investment opportunities catering to investors and end users in every sector, further supporting Dubai’s vision for the future.” DP says that it has enjoyed strong performance and sales success in 2014 across the variety of property choices it offers consumers which has pushed many of its new developments to sell-out success and prompted the release of new units in some projects.
