Trader Vic’s Hilton Dubai Jumeirah has appointed a new head chef.
Hailing from Mexico, Chef Rene Alejandrio graduated in 2009 from Escuela Culinaria Del Sureste.
Alejandrio has worked across a number of establishments in Dubai such as Maya, Modern Mexican Kitchen and Zoco Cocina to name a few where he has held the position of Chef De Cuisine.
In 2017, Chef Rene led the preopening of the Luchador Restaurant at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah which was awarded ‘Best Mexican Restaurant’ by the FACT Dubai Magazine in 2018 and 2019.
