Open Flame Kitchen re-opens terrace for alfresco season

OFK’s stunning terrace has reopened for the much-awaited alfresco season. With picturesque mid-modern inspired interiors, and a spacious terrace conceptualized by Basil Al Salem, CEO and founder of OFK’s Kuwaiti-based parent company, Gastronomica, OFK offers a varied selection of fusion-style East meets West cuisine.

The immersive upscale restaurant situated in the luxurious Fashion Avenue district at The Dubai Mall is serving its exciting and Instagrammable menu outdoors.

Start the meal light with servings from the salads and raw bar menu; the Grilled Corn Salad and Pomelo Duck Salad make for delightful appetisers followed by freshly prepared Pacific Maki or the Chutoro Tataki.

Moving onto the small bite options, guests can savour the restaurant’s signature Fuji Fries (a must for first time visitors to the venue) or opt for the gluten-free Wagyu Kushiyaki or the Sriracha Honey Shrimp.

Must-try mains include the Classic Chicken Sliders and Wagyu Donburi. Lastly, bringing a sweet note to the alfresco feast are OFK’s decadent and bestselling Tiramisu, the creamy Chocolate Valrhona Fondant, or a colourful serving of the Ultimate Cheesecake, topped with fresh berries.
