BiCE Ristorante, located in Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, will collaborate with vegan entrepreneur Kamilla Omarzay, who launched The Snack Society last year.
She has won several awards such as the Emirates Woman Visionary of the Year 2018, Best in Content at Cosmopolitan Middle East’s 2019 Influencer Awards, Social Media Rising Star’ at the Social Media Awards 2017 hosted by Stylist Magazine and Alan’s Hot 100 2019.
Together with the restaurant’s head chef Omarzay has designed an exclusive three-course vegan set menu which will be available at BiCE Ristorante from January 15-31.
The menu will feature an array of dishes to choose from such as Truffle and Mushroom Dumpling as starters filled with Bronoise of Mushrooms and shaved with Black Winter Truffle.
Diners can then tuck into the main – Eggplant Mussaka with vegan Minced “Meat”, Home-Style Basil and Tomato Sauce and Vegan Parmigiano Cheese.
For dessert, dishes include Vegan Temptation – Dark Chocolate Fudge on crispy raspberry waffle, fresh berries sorbet and hot dark chocolate sauce.
