CESI Middle East Announces New Managing Director

Effective last October 1, 2022, within the Consulting Division (CS), the CESI Middle East subsidiary is entrusted to Pierluigi Vicini.

Pierluigi Vicini, in his role of Project Manager and Senior Consultant, has successfully supported CESI Group and its CESI Middle East subsidiary for more than 10 years. He has led key-projects in the Middle East Power Sector, contributing in this way to the growth of the brand of the Company in the region.

Thanks to his deep knowledge of the Middle East, and a deep connection with the Clients and their needs, Pierluigi will continue the successful path of CESI Middle East as the new Managing Director of the branch. The Region has been facing a period of profound transformation, leading to opportunities and challenges. The ambitious targets set by the Countries on green transition, diversification of the economy, digitalization, and new technologies, will find in CESI Middle East an expert and reliable partner for their future.

From the same date, the former CESI Middle East Managing Director Floris Schulze becomes the Director of the new Global Utilities Key Account Unit within the CESI Group Testing, Inspection & Certification Division (TIC), KEMA Labs. Floris established successful operations in the Middle East region leading the CESI Group being one of the top brands in technical power consultancy and leader for independent Testing, Inspection and Certification activities in the electricity industry in the region.
