Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk unveil family experiences for summer

Hilton Dubai Jumeirah and Hilton Dubai The Walk created a number of family-friendly activities to experience this summer when opting for a beachside break in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence. The ‘Family Experience’ package offers an escape for residents seeking a long weekend break or a mid-week getaway with the best available rates bookable via the hotel websites starting from AED 550 ++.

The Family Experience package features a stay in a family room at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah or at the 2 and 3-bedroom hotel apartments at Hilton Dubai The Walk next door; the package also includes special gifts for little ones as well as a teepee and bedtime story to create an in-room camping set-up. Children are also welcomed with a special treats –  a colouring  book and crayons, treasure hunt card and their own bathrobe to use during the stay. 

Little ones up to the age of 12 may also stay in their parents’ room on a complimentary basis while the hotel’s awarded restaurants BiCE, Wavebreaker and  Mango Tree Thai Bistro offer a special kids’ menu with dishes to please even the fussiest of young foodies.

Located on 3rd floor, Hilton’s Kids Club is a wonderland for children up to 12 years of age, and keeps the young guests entertained with a variety of creative and engaging activities such as craft sessions, educational games, soft play, claiming wall  and more with a qualified team of childcare professionals to assure careful supervision at all times.

Family Friday Table at Mango Tree Thai Bistro Mango Tree Thai Bistro: The vibrant Thai restaurant at Hilton Dubai The Walk is offering Friday Family Table – sharing style dining experience serving  portions of refined Thai dishes priced at AED 179  per person for adults, while the little ones age 12 and below dine for FREE. The venue is also offering this lunch package inclusive of unlimited house beverages, on the price of AED 249 per person. Cosy, homely and family-friendly, Mango Tree Thai Bistro is known for its bold cuisine and colourful interior design. The menu will feature some of the venue’s signature dishes – som tam jay papaya salad and tom yum goong soup to start with, gaeng kiew wan goong green curry with shrimps and Phad Thai Gai  noodle for the main course and sweet mango sticky rice to finish with are just some of the dishes for families to enjoy.

Saturday Family Brunch at BiCE ristorante: Every Saturday, families can indulge in a home-style Italian sharing lunch priced at AED 179 for two, while the little ones age 12 years and below eat for FREE. Famiglia Saturday at BICE features an authentic, family-style meal composed of three sharing courses, including Insalata estivaInsalata carpese and Bresaola to start with. For the main course Chef Davide, presents an array of distinctive flavours and fine ingredients that characterise the cuisine of his home country. Families can include in dishes such as Pasta al PomodoroClassic Italian beef lasagna and oven bakes seabream Filetto di orate, socked in lemon-honey dressing with a side of roast potatoes.Weekends aren’t complete without a little indulgence, so to finish on the sweet note, BiCE is serving its signature tiramisu, together with a strawberry ice cream and the fruit salad. 

The ‘Mommy and me cooking class at Mango Tree’ will take place every Saturday from 4pm-5pm. This cooking class is a way for the mothers and kids to engage in and bond over. The 60-minute class, led by Mango Tree Thai Bistro’s Head Chef Atip is for kids aged between 6 to 12 years old, priced at AED 69 per child. The little ones and mommies can expect to have some fun with food, whilst learning about interesting ingredients, spices and recipes coming from Thailand.

Participants will get to learn the cooking techniques of some of the signature dish from Mango Tree Thai Bistro in every class. The menu will change on weekly basis and feature some of the most loved dishes from the restaurant’s menu such as chicken flat bread, phad thai spring rolls and papaya salad.The little aspiring chefs will be given an apron and chef’s hat to use during the class and a personalised certificate upon completion to take home.
