UAE’s Al Hosn App functional again after a brief glitch
The UAE government said on Sunday that Al Hosn App is functioning normally after a brief glitch that affected the services last week.
The authorities told media, “We would like to confirm that the Al-Hosn App is currently working efficiently and effectively as usual, and all users can obtain the results of PCR nasal swab, DPI laser blood test and vaccination status through the application.”
The concerned authorities have taken all the necessary measures, especially with regard to technical solutions at the highest level, to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the Al Hosn App at all times, as part of the efforts made to protect public health and safety in the face of the pandemic.
The health ministry said, “We confirm that the responsibility for the viewing the results of the tests and the status of vaccination is primarily related to the concerned health care facility that provides the service, which is linked with the Al Hosn App.”
The experts said, “We would like to confirm that the concerned authorities have updated the call centre for the Al Hosn application.
