Chef Izu Ani set to debut his first-afternoon tea experience at Eunoia by Carine

Join us for a  spectacular high tea with uninterrupted sea views

For a sweet escape between lunch and dinner, Eunoia By Carine at the Hyatt Centric Hotel, Jumeriah 1 is serving afternoon tea, with a delicious menu to enjoy a selection of freshly made hand-crafted treats. Chef Izu Ani has curated the menu himself, the first time for the award-winning chef, renowned for his talent for highly innovative creations and flavours.

 Tea will be served daily from 3:30 pm to 6 pm at Eunoia by Carine, an elegant space with stellar ocean views. The sensorial experience begins with Newby tea and Boon coffee, followed by a delicious selection of plain and raisin scones, freshly baked every day in the pastry kitchen, served with clotted cream and homemade raspberry jam.

The delicate crustless Tea Sandwiches will match every taste, from Truffle egg mayonnaise with chives, to Salmontini Scottish smoked salmon, and the much-loved Cucumber and labneh with mint and zaatar, or the Roasted pepper with Boursin cheese and watercress, the sandwiches are worth exploring.

The pastries are as pretty and indulgent as they sound: Hazelnut flan with pear confit, and caramelised hazelnuts, the Coconut sphere, pineapple compote, and coconut cream, Double chocolate, dark chocolate cake, Terrazzo chocolate cube Almond sponge, and Lemon meringue éclair.

Afternoon tea for one with beverages and a selection of sandwiches, pastries, and scones is priced at AED 155. It can be availed for 2 for an additional AED 45 to add a beverage package of tea and coffee, totaling AED 200 for 2 people.
