Al Ghurair and IE Business School Launch Strategic Collaboration to Foster Executive Leadership

Al Ghurair marks another milestone in its commitment to leadership development with the successful completion of its second Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELP), delivered in collaboration with IE Business School, Madrid.

Driven by the Group’s People and Culture division, the programme is part of a broader cultural transformation journey aimed at future-proofing the organisation through continuous learning and development. The cohort of Leaders from across the organisation graduated in a ceremony held on May 1st, 2025, following an immersive programme that focused on skills such as purpose-led strategy, agile leadership, data-driven decision making and customer centricity.

In parallel, Al Ghurair also runs the Advanced Leadership Development Programme (ALP), tailored for the next level of aspiring professionals across the organisation. The ALP reinforces Al Ghurair’s commitment to empowering talent at every level.
