Swiss family buys the most expensive villa in Dubai worth Dhs111.25 million

The most expensive villa has been sold in Dubai for a whopping price of Dhs111.25 million.

The property is nestled in the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, and has been termed as the most expensive property to be sold in Dubai in 2021.

A Swiss family residing in Monaco bought the property, which was put on the market with real estate outfit Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty last August.

The villa is called “One 100 Palm,” consists of 3 floors and is located on an area of 13,500 square feet.

It includes a state-of-the-art health spa and fitness centre, 3 indoor and outdoor cinemas, 3 kitchens in addition to a huge VIP suite with a total area of 1,300 square feet, 4 other large suites, two maids’ rooms, drivers’ residence, eight bathrooms and a rooftop jacuzzi.

While all the furnishings and decorations are designed by Louis Vuitton and Hermes.

The property also comes with two cars, a Ferrari 599 GTO and a Rolls-Royce Wraith, and a bike, the Ultra Glide Harley Davidson.

“This villa is the most expensive residential deal concluded this year, which shows us that the luxury real estate market is in an upward trend,” Lee Borg, Managing Director of Sotheby’s International Realty, said.

He added, “The UAE’s rapid response to COVID-19 made a lot of people want to live in Dubai, as many buyers now realise the importance of buying a luxuriously designed home, and we are very excited about what’s coming. There is a strong demand for new and improved homes that meet international quality standards. ”

According to media reports, the most expensive villa was sold in 2020 for Dhs75 million.
