Chef Andrew James McKee Biography – Director of Culinary Operations

Chef Andrew James McKee joins Raffles the Palm Dubai’s team as Director of Culinary Operations, overseeing all F&B operations across the resort’s diverse collection of restaurants and outlets.

A hospitality veteran with over 28 years of experience, Chef Andrew brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and skills to further elevate the dining experiences available to guests at Raffles the Palm Dubai.

Over his storied career, Chef Andrew has led teams across renowned luxury hotels and restaurants throughout mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, and Australia. Having gained invaluable expertise working in acclaimed kitchens in Australia before moving to Asia and taking on more senior F&B roles, Chef Andrew is well experienced with pre-opening and repositioning of multiple award-winning properties within Asia.

Prior to his current role, Chef Andrew served as Director of Culinary Operations at Wynn Resorts, Macau. Under his leadership, the property’s outlets were awarded with eight Forbes five-star awards and six Michelin Stars. A natural leader in the kitchen and well-versed in sustainable work practices, Chef Andrew continues to build on his successes with Forbes, Michelin and Asia’s 50 Best guides.

As Director of Culinary Operations at Raffles the Palm Dubai, Chef Andrew is the creative and driving force behind new concept development at the property with a keen insight into current and future markets. He is instrumental in delivering the very best culinary moments to guests and establishing Raffles the Palm Dubai as a leading luxury resort and F&B destination in the UAE.
