Innovation and strategies for international growth will be high on the agenda at the gathering of leading global players in corporate real estate.

High-level professionals coming from over 90 countries will take part in the Corporate Real Estate Leaders Summit (CRE, one of the summits at the forthcoming Global Trade Development Week, which will be held at Emirates Towers Dubai, from 27-29th October.

The event, which will be held under the patronage of Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, brings key decision-makers and business representatives from major blue chip companies, including Airbus, Boeing, GE, IBM, Rolls-Royce, Nokia, Mondelez, Novartis, Nokia, Citi Group, Johnson Controls, BMC Software, McDonald’s and Ericsson. Joining them will be strong representation from the U.A.E. bodies such as Dubai Land Department, Masdar City, Dubai Municipality, and the Emirates Green Building Council.

Andrew Keable, Managing Partner and Founder of the KW Group, the organiser of the event, explained, “Corporate real estate leaders require a specialised programme, which will increase their understanding of new emerging locations and enhance their site selection capabilities. As part of Global Trade Development Week, CRE leaders will have the opportunity to network directly with Government Ministers and high-level representatives from Regional Development Authorities, developers, economic zones and IPAs, new locations and suppliers coming from over 90 countries, all in one location, over the course of three days.” Andrew Keable added, “The location of the Corporate Real Estate Summit is especially relevant – as Dubai is the leading regional and international trade hub that provides fast access for multinationals, SMEs and families businesses to reach all corners of the globe.

Over 600 of the most influential and innovative people shaping world trade are due to attend the forthcoming Global Trade Development Week.

Al Mansouri said, “The UAE looks forward to hosting a full programme of events that tackle today’s most challenging trade and development issues. The UAE is honored with the presence of such high-level individuals who are experts in their fields”.

Bringing corporate real estate leaders to the U.A.E. will help them gain a deeper understanding of opportunities available in Dubai, one of the world’s most attractive investment environments for real estate, and the location of choice for major companies.”
