KIA senior official discusses cooperation with Tunisian FM

Executive Director of General Reserve at Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) Bader Ajeel Al-Ajeel on Tuesday discussed investment opportunities and prospects of expanding them with Tunisian Foreign Minister Munji Hamdi.
Al-Ajeel, according to a foreign ministry statement, “had important and constructive discussions with different Tunisian parties in a frank and distinguished atmosphere.
“The Kuwaiti side aspires to build strategic partnerships with Tunisian investors and businessmen,” he said.

After meeting with Premier Mahdi Juma yesterday, Al-Ajeel revealed that a Kuwaiti business delegation will be visiting Tunisia late next month to meet Tunisian business leaders and explore potentials of joint investment.
A total of 22 Kuwaiti corporations invest some 419 million Tunisian dinars (about USD 261 million) in Tunisia and employ 4,400 Tunisian workers.
