Al Jaber Energy Services wins AED 460 million Contract

Al Jaber Energy Services, a subsidiary of Al Jaber Group, has secured a major General Civil and Buildings Project on the South and North Islands of the four artificial Islands developed by ZADCO belonging to Upper Zakum Offshore Field located 84 km from Abu Dhabi, from Energy giant Petrofac Emirates LLC, valued at over AED460 million.

The project is a continuation of the three other ongoing projects AJES have on the four artificial islands. AJES’s existing clients on these artificial islands are ZADCO, Technip-NPCC Consortium and Petrofac Emirates LLC.

The scope of the project involves the entire infrastructure, piling, foundations, buildings, under-ground piping, sea water intake and other associated work involving all of the marine logistics.

Obaid Khaleefa Al Jaber Al Marri, Chairman of Al Jaber Group commented, “Al Jaber Energy Services has always been a leader in the oil sector infrastructure and construction projects. This project reflects the successful record of AJES in the execution of giant projects with international construction standards.”
