Sale of Emaar’s Creekside 18 to begin September 12

Emaar’s waterside development Creekside 18 at Dubai Creek Harbour will go on sale to potential investors on September 12 with simultaneous sales events taking place in Dubai and Doha.

The residences, part of The Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour, are a modern master-planned community located along the historic Dubai Creek, with close proximity to the Dubai International Airport and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.

Covering 1,482 acres, the 480 residential units comprise 1, 2 and 3-bedroom glass-fronted apartments located in two 37-storey towers. An additional level of podium apartments are also offered along with local retail outlets.
